CANCELLATION POLICY

• Check-in time is 12.00 noon and Check-out time is 10.00am unless prior arrangements are made.
  
  
• A deposit is required at time of booking.
  
  
• Full refund of deposit will be made for 14 days or more notice of cancellation. No refund will be given if cancellation is within 14 days, unless the cottage is re-let.
